1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Pro-Tint, Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pro-Tint. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. SERVICES & ESTIMATES

• Estimates: Any price quotes provided online or via GoHighLevel are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle.
• Scheduling: We use automated systems to manage bookings. While we strive for punctuality, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen equipment or staffing issues.

3. ONLINE STORE TERMS

• Product Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images on our Shopify store. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
• Returns: Returns for physical goods purchased via the Site are subject to our Return Policy. Services (labor/installations) are generally non-refundable once performed.

4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

• Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicles are in a reasonably clean condition for tint installation. Excessive pet hair, dirt, or old film removal may incur additional shop fees.
• Legal Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local and state laws regarding window tint percentages. Pro-Tint is not liable for any citations or legal issues resulting from a customer’s choice of tint shade.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as GoHighLevel for booking or Shopify for payments) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties.

7. SMS & COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional and marketing communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the “unsubscribe” or “STOP” prompts.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
